QuickBooks Online has several plans to choose from. Read the descriptions below to determine which plan is right for your business. Keep in mind that the prices shown¹ are for the software only and do not include bookkeeping services. However, as one of my customers, I can provide you with a discount on the pricing. See "Client Discounts" below.

Ideal for freelancers, sole proprietors, and startups with basic accounting needs. It allows you to track income and expenses, create invoices, and capture receipts.

Supports up to three users.
This plan includes features from Simple Start and adds capabilities like managing bills and providing multiple user access. It's suitable for businesses with a bit more complexity.

Supports up to five users.
If you need to track inventory, manage 1099 contractors, or handle project profitability, the Plus plan might be the way to go. It has all the Essentials features and more.

As a customer of Ronnie Boone Bookkeeping, you will receive a discount on your QuickBooks software. The amount of discount depends on a) the QuickBooks plan you choose, and b) the discount plan you choose. There are three types of discount plans, which I will try to explain.
The first is called ProAdvisor. This is because QuickBooks would bill me for your subscription, and I would subsequently bill you. You would receive a 30% discount. This means, if you choose the QuickBooks Plus plan, currently at $45/month, your fee would be $31.50/month after the discount. This is an ongoing discount that never ends, as long as you're my client.
The second discount plan is Direct. This is named as such because QuickBooks would bill you directly. You would receive a 30-day free trial, followed by a 30% discount for the first 12 months. After that, you return to your normal pricing.
The last discount plan is called Revenue Share. With Revenue Share, QuickBooks would bill you directly, and you will receive a 50% discount for the first three months. This is called Revenue Share because, while you're paying the discounted rate, I would also be receiving 30% of the billed amount. This means, if you had the QuickBooks Plus plan, you would pay 50% for the first three months, $22.50 per month, and I would collect 30% of the revenue, or $6.25.
